Unbelievable service by Stephen and Tanya. Been customers since 2019 and every time we make our annual trip from Calgary to Ardrossan (Edmonton) to have our 2011 American Eagle cared for, we remind ourselves why we travel the distance. It is a one stop shop from the chassis to the house. Stephen’s knowledge and experience with coaches is proven by his ability to find the problem especially when it’s not obvious. Communication throughout the check up is excellent and the turn around time very efficient. Our motorhome is well taken care and we know Stephen and Tanya are just a phone call away while we are enjoying our motor home travels.

This is one of those rare finds one stumbles across. Now over 12 years of Steve servicing my coach, life carries on knowing each time I need service or repairs I’ll get one on one treatment and service from someone I can trust. A true rarity in today’s world, old school service in a modern company.

I’ve been coming to ACC for more than 5 years now. Stephen knows his way around a motorhome better than any mechanic I’ve ever met, and I’ve gone through quite a few before I found him. I won’t take my coach to anyone else!

I called an Aqua hot dealer in the states and left a message, no call returned at all, so I found Alberta coaches and emailed them in the evening and they responded immediately. The next morning I called and they sent me the two parts I needed and I received them in Manitoba in under 24 hours. Great job Alberta Coach!

Steve did a pretty big upgrade on the suspension of my brand new ACE motor home. We encountered some issues with the drive once we picked it up. As it turned out, the issue was a factory item that needed to be dealt with. Steve and Tanya stuck with me through the whole ordeal until the issue was resolved. Steve carried the cost of the repair, which has been submitted for warranty. I will definitely go back to him in the future and recommend his services. His primary concern is the safety and satisfaction of his customers. It was a pleasure to deal with this company. As well, I consider Steve a good friend and a stand up guy.

Alberta Coach has always been the best to bring your Coach to for any repair or service, I have been using them for about 14 years. Recently I found out about a critical recall on my refrigerator, I called them and gave them the serial numbers they needed and was told they would call back after checking. The next morning I received a call to stop by so they could inspect the unit, order the parts, and complete the recall when the parts arrived. I had some time that afternoon so I stopped by, they inspected the fridge and it was in acceptable condition to perform the recall, then I see him pull some parts out of a box and start installing it. Turns out he had the parts in stock and stopped everything to do it on the spot and had me back on the road within 45 minutes. Aside from this positive experience any time I have had questions about my coach they have always given me an honest answer.

Great place for repairs on RV Coach. I have been bringing my Coach here for several years now. I have had minor and major repairs completed. Very good quality service and reasonable price. They are great people to deal with even when you are phoning about problems when traveling. I would strongly recommend Alberta Coach and Chassis.
