Alberta Coach and Chassis Holiday Hours

Christmas and New Years 2025

The holiday season has arrived again and with it comes that familiar mix of cheer, chaos, and cold weather that only an Alberta winter can bring. At Alberta Coach and Chassis we work hard all year to keep motorhomes and coaches safe, warm, and road ready. Our technicians spend their days wrestling with seized bolts, troubleshooting mystery electrical issues, and crawling into places no one should ever have to crawl. By the time December rolls around, even the toughest techs in the industry appreciate a few days to thaw out, relax, and spend time with family. That is why we take a short break every year to breathe, reset, and recharge for January.

To help you plan ahead, we have outlined our holiday hours for both Christmas and New Years. We want to make sure you know exactly when we are here, when we are taking our well earned break, and when the doors will open again.

Christmas Holiday Hours

We will be closing at noon on December 24. The last few hours that morning are usually filled with final repairs, quick pickups, and the sound of staff trying very hard not to start eating the holiday treats in the office. After noon the tools go away, the shop lights turn off, and our team heads home to begin their celebrations.
We will reopen on December 29 ready to get back to work. If you have been waiting to book in service, order parts, or get advice on that winter project you have been considering, the team will be available again starting that morning.

New Years Holiday Hours

We will be closing early on December 31 at 3 pm so our staff can start the countdown with friends, family, and maybe a warm drink or two. We will be reopening on January 5 with a fresh start and a full team. The first week of January is always busy as customers begin planning for spring travel, maintenance, and early season upgrades. Booking in advance is recommended if you have specific repair needs for the new year. If you need any parts for your hydronic heater, Aqua-Hot system, or other essential components to stay warm on the road, you can browse our full RV Parts and Accessories online store anytime. This way, you can be ready for a smooth start when we reopen in January.

A Few Days to Breathe

While we are away, there will be a short pause to some of our usual winter activities. For a few days we will not be crawling under salty frozen motorhomes, discovering the creative surprises left behind by a previous owner, or asking the question that echoes through the shop more often than you might think. The question is simple. Who thought this was a good idea. No matter how long we work in this industry, there is always something new that makes us shake our heads.

The holiday break gives our team time to rest and return in January with energy, clarity, and enough patience to take on even the most memorable repair jobs. It is a small pause that helps us continue to deliver quality and safety all year long.

Wishing You a Warm and Happy Holiday Season

We hope that your holidays are filled with comfort, good food, and moments that feel peaceful and bright. Eat way too much, enjoy time with the people who matter, and please try not to create any new festive emergencies while we are away. Your motorhome deserves a holiday too.

Alberta Coach and Chassis is grateful for every customer who has trusted us with their service and repair needs this year. We look forward to helping you again in 2026.
